Our wonderful luxury villa (built in December 2001) is beautifully furnished and equipped to ensure you have a wonderful holiday in Florida. The villa is all on one level and is looked after for us by an excellent, local management company. The accommodation comprises: - Four bedrooms (one Master en-suite, one double and two twins) - Two bathrooms - Two living areas - Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room - Washing machine and dryer - Double garage - Private, screened pool, heated if required - TV, Video, Music box, videos, games For the comfort of our guests the villa is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The villa is situated in a very peaceful location surrounded by pine forests and orange groves. There is a communal swimming pool and childrens recreation area on site.
