A lovely Cancun condo! We have free internet WIFI! It’s a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. It’s in the middle of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza). You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and close to the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. There is a lovely beach in front of the condo. It is a larger 1 bedroom unit, and can sleep up to 6 (possibly 8, if some are young children). A great deal! The condo has a large bedroom, with 2 queen beds, and two full size futon couches in the living room.. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, new microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven. The unit is fully and furnished. It is a spacious and nicely furnished condo, on two floors. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are beautiful marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, 2 TVs with cable, 2 DVD/VCR´s, A/C, fans, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Villas Marlin condo complex has lifeguards, security guards, a convenience store, tour office, condo management office (with internet and phone access for a fee), laundry services, tennis courts, children’s pool, tennis courts, and private parking for guests.
