The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and is accessed from the patio only.

The large bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and shower, in-floor heating, heated towel rails, gold-plated fixtures, and a picture window facing out into a secret grotto which is lit at night. A full-sized kitchen has a pass-through and eating area with bar stools. A large dining room table will seat up to 10. There are 3 ceiling fans to keep the rooms always comfortable.

A newly-constructed cabaña with double bed is perfect for hot summer nights with sliding glass doors front and back. The large covered patio has an outdoor table and chairs, a bar with 4 chairs, lots of deck chairs, with seating for 12+, and a water cooler/fridge. Off the patio is a Beach Shower Room with shower, sink, washer and dryer, and heated floor.

A beach terrace awaits down a flight of concrete steps. This has an eating area with covered table and chairs. A large fenced yard with fruit trees and gardens provides lots of room for children and pets to play in, while an upscale two-seater outhouse looks over the ocean.

Significant measures including sound proofing have been taken to enhance privacy and reduce noise from the upper unit which is occupied by an often-absent quiet woman.
