A visit to ROCHEFORTENTERRE is a must about 30 minutes away steeped in History with cobbled streets interesting shops and numerous cafes and Restaurants Another place well worth visiting is LA ROCHE BERNARD A little town of character again about 30 minutes away reached by a breathtaking suspension bridge Relax in the town centre for a coffee or lunch or on board the floating restaurant then promenade along the waters edge taking in all the different boats moored In the basin there is a sailing school here also a small play park to keep the children amused There are many beautiful towns and villages within 30 minutes drive VANNES DINAN RENNES being old cities are a must about 1 hour or so away There are numerous areas nearby for fishing permits available locally walking in the countryside or by the canals cycling we have cycles for hire The nearest beach coved and sandy is about 40 minutes away with paragliding in the summer months The GULF OF MORBIHAN is a must to view with numerous beaches and boat tours to some very pretty breathtaking and interesting islands Or by contrast visit LA BAULE they say is a mini St Tropez with vast straight sandy beaches about 1 12 hours away
