A very nice fully equipped house, with marvellous views. You will enjoy the view 24 hours a day: watch the sunset with your drink in one hand, admire Pyrenees as long as there is day light and wonder what people do in all these houses down the hill - in the evening. Believe me, the view is really perfect - we bought the house for it! Our house will comfortably accommodate a large family of 10+a baby (but can sleep up to 13) or 2 smaller families. But it is also perfect for 3-4 couples traveling together or just 1 couple celebrating an anniversary. It is a good place for anyone who wants to avoid the expence and bustle of fashionable resorts such as Nice or Chamonix.
2 bedrooms on the first floor, with double beds and wardrobes in each. Dining-sitting room, dining space for 10. A separate kitchen, a bathroom and a separate WC. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double, 1 – with twin beds), wardrobe in each. Sitting room with a sofa-bed. Shower room and a separate WC. The house has 2 entrances so you can divide early birds from those who sleep until 12 o'clock.
There is a garage and a parking space for 1 more car - in front of the gates. The property is fenced, both the garden and the house are safe for children. There are so many things to do all year round, for all ages that I wonder why people need TV? Though we have 2...

The position of the house is really perfect offering cool nights in summer after a hot day on the beach and warm evenings in winter after a day of skiing And no mistral The town centre a 10 minute stroll has a lot of restaurants and all the necessary shops as well as banks and ATMs. There are 2 very good supermarkets in town and also one organic supermarket on the central square.
