* a second sitting-room(with two-people sofa-bed - can also be used as an additional bedroom);
* a bathroom (shower, wash basin and WC);
* a night-hall;
* a second bathroom (two wash basins, a bath and WC);
* four bedrooms :
- one bedroom with double bed and hunk bed ;
- one bedroom with double bed ;
- two bedrooms with two single beds each.
There are sleeping possibilities for 10 to 12 people. Moreover, two cots and one high chair are available.
There is a large garden (500 m²) with terrace and furniture as well as a children's climbing frame with swings.
