An amazing, modern yet charming, modern, spacious and fully furnished 3-bedroom beach house with parking space. The Beach House, Holiday Sunshine, is a one minute-walk to the safe, lovely, fine sandy beach with turquoise water sea. The rooms are all big bright doubles (Bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, mirrors). You have the choice to eat out in the numerous restaurants in the vicinity or cook nice meals in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with tiled work surface.
Facilities
Equipments such as electric fans, kettle, coffee maker, and bed linens and towels are provided. You are most welcomed to the delicious coconuts grown in the garden. All amenities are within a 5-minute walk: excellent reasonably priced restaurants, bars, supermarket, excursion/diving and car/bike hire centres and banks. Ideal for couple on honeymoon and families in quest of a dream-holiday. Holiday Sunshine is let for a minimum of 5 days.
In general
Holiday Sunshine is ideally situated. While you will be close to the beach, restaurants, etc, you will be only 25 minutes from the capital City by bus. There is easy access to the other big cities for shopping.
Sleeping :
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 2 bunk beds located in the In the upstairs room with an amazine view to the large veranda.. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
General :
The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.
Eating & living :
There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
Local Area DetailsHoliday Sunshine is located in Flic en Flac (not Palmar as shown on the website) on the West coast of Mauritius and it is about 30 minutes drive from the capital city Port Louis. The west coast is reputed for its dry warm and stable climate with the temperature ranging between 18 and 32 degrees. Flic en Flac is a tourist hotspot where a whole range of services can be found, including banks, Cash points, a pharmacy and bars and restaurants specialising in Indian, Chinese, Italian, and local cuisine. There are also excursion and tour operators and more recently a Spar Shopping centre opened, called The Pasadena village. It accommodates famous branded textile boutiques such as Baobab company, Billabong, Ripcurl, etc, a casino, nightclub and restaurants. This commercial complex is only a 15 minutes walk from the villa. There is also an array of local shops offering Indian fabrics, beachwear, and various local handicraft products. The natural beach of Flic en Flac is 3 Km long and it is one of the longest beaches of Mauritius, with real soft and white sand. Flic en flac beach has been voted the fourth best beach in the world and it attracts swimmers all year round. You are only at one minute walk to the beach. The region boasts 4 diving centers and all types of dives are offered to suit beginners as well as experts. Marvelous coral gardens can be found at a depth of 20 meters.
