A german writer is renting out her two apartmens for 2-3 and for 2-4 persons. The living rooms are very spacious and comfortably and tastefully furnished. Interior of a high standard with central heating - therefore ideal for winter stays. One bedroom with double bed of 1,80 x 2 m, one add. bed of 1,20 width in the second part of the living room (below, above you have a second bedroom). Complete open kitchen with washing machine. Sat-TV and CD-player are available.
The house is surrounded by a romantic garden with many palm trees, high cypresses and flowering shrubs. You can relax on two protected terraces with a view to the garden (below) or on the spacious balcony (above). The beach is only a short walk of abt. 200 m away
bed-linen, towels, local taxes, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included in the prices.
Local Area DetailsConil de la Frontera is a former fishing village which has become a popular, low-rise resort. It has good beaches and the streets still have a village feel to them.
The authentic Spanish fishing town of Conil de la Frontera has around about 16,000 inhabitants. The surrounding area has a very diverse landscape, with its coastline, old town features, undeveloped open countryside with forests and villages scattered round about.
All in all 16 km of long sandy beaches stretch out nearby, which are suitable for a variety of leisure activities. Long, flat beaches with white sands, small sections of beach with cliffs behind them, small coves for nude bathing and sunning yourself at Cala de Aceite and behind the lighthouse.
