This brand new 2 bedroom villa with unobstructed sea view is situated in the quiet area of Ayia Triada, Protaras just 100 metres from the crystal clear waters of the Sirena Bay sandy beach. It is within walking distance from the new marina and fishing refuge from where you can enjoy a picturesque view.
It lies between the seafront and coastal road connecting Paralimni and Protaras and is only fifteen minutes drive from the cosmopolitan town of Ayia Napa. Tavernas, supermarkets, bus service are within the walking distance of about 100 metres as well.
Ground floor: well furnished open plan lounge with dinning room and kitchen. Separate wc.
On the first floor you can find two luxuriously furnished bedrooms both with airconditioning (cold/heat). From the master bedroom and its balcony you can enjoy the sea view. Separate bathroom with wc.
A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a lounge furnished with a reclining sofa bed for two. A door leads to the roof garden with a spectacular sea and mountain view where you can enjoy romantic evenings and relaxing sun bathing throughout the day.

Local Area Details The popular resort of Protaras is a veritable paradise for anyone who loves the sea and water sports or simply relaxing on the beach.
Within a few minutes driving distance from Protaras is the beautiful harbour of Ayia Napa and the medieval monastery in the middle of the town. Also to be seen are the windmills and small churches of the surrounding villages, including the beautiful church of Profitis Elias in Protaras at the top of a rocky hill and the picturesque fishing refuge at Potamos Liopetriou with its varied selection of coffee shops and fish tavernas. The town of Paralimni is a five minutes drive and offers a combination of local tavernas traditional and modern shopping facilities and cafe bars. The town square in Paralimni is dominated by two beautiful churches which attract a lot of tourists.
Protaras is a major tourist resort and together with its beautiful golden sandy beaches, luxurious hotels, restaurants and sophisticated night life has become one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Mediterranean.
