This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 20 minutes from Murcia airport and 30 minutes from Alicante airport. The Villa is in a quiet location and away from main roads. 10 minutes drive to Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca coast you could be settled in and enjoying your holiday before you know it.

Ground Floor

In the main area of this Air- Conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and 4 chairs which comfortably accommodate 6 people and the lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, Hi Fi unit, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen comes equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Utility room. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Bathroom WC and wash hand basin.

First Floor

Two bedrooms, Air- Conditioned Master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets and ceiling fan.

Air- Conditioned 2nd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet and ceiling fan.

Main bathroom with shower, bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Sun terrace with table and chairs.

Stairs leading up to a 2nd large Sun terrace with sun loungers and views overlooking the communal pool.

Front porch with table and chairs. Garden and off road parking

Communal Pool is less than 100 metres walk away with a baby pool for our younger guests to use.
