Villa Medina is a beautiful air-conditioned villa on a private estate of 8 houses, set in superb mature gardens with a communal swimming pool. In the select residential area of Santa Lucia,just three minutes by car to the centre of Denia, seven minutes to the beach The estate is entered through automatic gates, and there is off road shaded,parking for your car. The entry door leads to a hallway, after which is the airy living room, which has patio doors leading to the terrace and garden. There is a private garden, as well as the communal pool and garden. The house is comfortably funished, and fully equipped. There is a Tv and DVD, รก selection of DVDs have been provided along with books and board games.
Local Area DetailsDenia is in the middle of the Costa Blanca exactly half way between Alicante to the south and Valencia to the north therefore either airport may be used each being approximately one and a quarter hours drive The main attraction of Denia is the beach 15km of golden sands of Las Marinas to the north and the small Marineta beach and rocky coves of Las Rotas to the south The Las Marinas side offers Windsurfing Jetski and very safe bathing while Las Rotas offers snorkelling and diving Sailing is also catered for by the new Marina de Denia just at the start of the Las Rotas area.
Theme parks, water parks, safari parks and golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.
