Property Details of Umbria Farmhouse
This is a wonderful Umbrian style stone farmhouse that comes on 2 floors. each floor has independent entrance. On the ground floor there's a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom.
On the first floor there's a wide living/ sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bath tub. There's Tv, DVD player, Hi-fi system, outside BBQ and pizza oven. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
The apartments can be also rented separately!!! Please enquire!!!
Outside there's plenty of room for guests to enjoy: PRIVATE 5 x 10 SWIMMING POOL, sun terrace includes sunloungers, table and chairs and you can enjoy the sunshine from dawn to dusk, enjoy al fresco dining under the porch or under the pergola!!! Local Area DetailsThe house is just a few km far from the well known medieval town of Todi with plenty of good restaurants bars cafs teathre cinema and beautiful shops We can reccommend and give you advice in everything you may need Its the ideal location to discover the beautiful towns of Umbria which are all 30 40 minutes driving like Assisi Perugia the Trasimeno area etc. Roma Fiumicino or Ciampino airport are also within 1 hour and a half driving.
