This is a newly completed, end, ground floor apartment finished and furnished to a very high standard. Situated on a small development in the up and coming area of Nabq. It is set in attractive landscaped gardens overlooking largest of 5 pools (1 heated in winter) with areas for children. Sun loungers are provided along with plenty of seating areas and parasols, a poolside bar serving hot and cold snacks and soft drinks.
IT IS EQUIPPED WITH POWERFUL, SILENT AIR CONDITIONING UNITS TO BOTH
BEDROOMS AND LOUNGE.

The well furnished lounge has sliding doors to terrace, sofa bed and 2 comfortable chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, DVD player wall lights and rugs, a very relaxed and comfortable feel.
Open plan kitchen is fitted with breakfast bar, full oven and 4 ring hob, plenty of cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots and pans, everything you could require for a self catering holiday.
Bathroom with granite topped vanity unit, wc, bath with overbath shower.
The full length terrace is furnished with comfortable sofa, chairs and table making this an ideal extra space for the warm evenings.
There is a furnished roof terrace with views of the sea and the mountains, an ideal place to watch the spectacular sunsets
The complex has a small supermarket and a laundry room with large supermarket a short distance away. It is run by friendly,helpful staff who will do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Excursions, taxi's and diving can all be arranged by admin. We now have internet facilities available on site.
Cots may be hired @ £10 per week please book in advance, payable to admin

Local Area Details The 5* Sea Club Hotel is only 750m away and all the facilities can be used for a small charge including gym, pools, restaurants, entertainments loungers and of course the beautiful beach. The same facilities are offered at Sharks Bay and Regency hotel both a few minutes ride away. Transport is included with beach charge.
The new shopping area of Nabq is just a few minutes ride away and here you will find pleny of bars, restaurants, desighner shops, aqua park and the largest 24/7 supermarketwho will deliver to your apartment if you require it.
10mins from Sharm El Sheikh international airport and 15 mins from the lively centre of Naama Bay with all the nightlife restaurants bars and shopping you could wish for. Shop for bargains in Old Sharm which still retains the traditions Egyptian feel, try your hand at 'haggling' is is expected and can be fun.
The Red Sea area is world known for the wonderful reefs for scuba diving or snorkelling. Many dive centres are available locally and offer everything for the beginner or experienced alike. Many other activities are easily available including kite surfing, camel trekking ,horse riding, quad bikes, banana boat rides, aqua park and bowling alley You will never be bored.
When you have enough of the beach and all the activities all the wonders of Egypt can be visited with trips to Cairo, Luxor, St Catherines monastery, Mount Sinai and many other places of interest. Take a boat ride for the day and visit Ras Mohamed national park for the magnificent coral and marine life and do some snorkelling whilst you are there. With year round sunshine, Egypt has so much to offer.
It is very easy to get around the area. Taxi's are widely available but do agree a price before getting in. Many will wait for you whilst you do your shopping or arrange to collect you later. Alternatively, try the local bus service (blue and white mini buses). There are no bus stops, just put your hand out to stop one. They are really cheap and run very frequently. It should not cost you any more that 3LE (20p) to Nabq or 5LE (50p) to Naama Bay ? Give it a try. Transport can also be arranged at admin office.
