On the upper level you will find the master bedroom with king-sized bed that opens out onto a large balcony, facing the sparkling blue waters of the Med. There is also a second king-sized bedroom on the upper level, with patio doors leading out onto the aforementioned balcony which is perfect for morning coffees or breakfast whilst watching the sea ripple and the odd little boat sail by. Located between the two is a luxury shower room with double sized tray and an open landing area at the top of the stairs.

This villa also has a cool lower basement level below ground with Table Tennis table and a further shower room which is ideal when returning in from the pool.

Outside, the property is equipped with garden table, chairs and parasol and 6 sun loungers to help soak up that long awaited holiday sunshine.
