Our two bedroom apartment is at Thalassa View Gardens which is in an elevated location on the edge of the village of Chlorakas. It is a peaceful place yet only a few minutes by car from the main Paphos tourist area.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with panoramic views to the Mediterranean.

BEDROOMS

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, en-suite facilities and a securely fixed electronic safe.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and fully fitted wardrobes.
Remote controlled air conditioning/heating is available in both rooms.

BATHROOMS

Bathroom 1 is beautifully tiled, with bath and shower facilities, WC, and wash basin.

Bathroom 2 also tastefully tiled, provides en-suite facilities to bedroom 1, with walk in shower, WC and wash basin with vanity unit.

LIVING/DINING ROOM

The large Lounge/Diner has a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed plus a 2-seater sofa, coffee tables, SKY Satellite TV with DVD player and a selection of DVD's, and a mini Hi-Fi unit.

A computer with FREE broadband internet access, and a skype phone are also provided for your use.

A large dining table with seating for 6 is provided should you wish to dine in style.

All rooms lead directly out to the balcony where there is a full dining table with 6 chairs for your al-fresco meals.

All rooms also have remote controlled air conditioning/heating for your comfort.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob, fan assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, full crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, clothes drier, and iron with ironing board. The kitchen also has its own balcony.

OUTSIDE

There is allocated undercover car parking on the ground floor beneath the apartment. From there you can take the lift or the stairs to the 1st floor.

There's a large free form pool and a separate kiddie’s pool. There are changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the pools and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas.

A unique feature amphitheatre is located behind the main swimming pool where you can sit and sip your wine while watching the spectacular sunsets.

The apartment is professionally maintained by a local management company who are available 24 hours a day should any problems arise during your stay.

Local Area Details

Chlorakas is just a 7 minute drive from the main Paphos tourist area where there are plenty of restaurants and bars Coral Bay with its spectacular beaches are just 10 to 15 minutes away.

WATER SPORTS

There is every water sport imaginable in Paphos. You can go sea fishing, sailing, go-karting, horse riding, water skiing, banana boats, and much more.

Cyprus is also a popular dive destination and has several diving centres. Cydive near Paphos harbour is the longest established and probably one of best known of the diving schools. They cater both beginners and experienced divers alike.

GOLF

There are 3 great courses all within 20 to 30 minutes drive of our apartment.
Tsada golf course is 15km to the north of Paphos.
Secret Valley golf course is 18km to the east of Paphos.
The spectacular new Aphrodite Hills golf course is 20km to the east.

SKIING

Skiing is available in the Troodos Mountains in January to March and is only an hours drive away. There aren't many places where you can go skiing in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon.

SIGHTS

There are plenty of sights to see around Paphos. Paphos is a UNESCO World Heritage site with the Tombs of the Kings dating back to 4th century BC being just a few minutes drive from our apartment.

Paphos fort and harbour is also just down the road and attract visitors all year round. Its quayside is lined with restaurants, tavernas, and cafes, and the Paphos mosaics can also be found there and date from the 3rd to 5th Century AD.

Paphos bird animal park is just 12km away and has a vast collection of exotic birds and animals.

Cyprus is home to the oldest known wine in the world - Commandaria. Cyprus may not be well known for its wines but they are generally very good and there are many wineries in the Paphos region that welcome visitors for tours and tastings.
