Casa Feliz is a pretty villa, located on the outskirts of Novo Sancti Petri, an upmarket beach and golfing resort on the unspoilt Costa de la Luz. Conveniently situated just 3kms form the resort centre, beach and golf course the villa is set in it's own landscaped gardens on a quiet cul de sac of just 7 independent properties. Surrounded by a a wall with lockable gates, it backs on to green belt land, offerring privacy but not isolation! Furnished and equipped to a high standard and not just as another holiday let the accommodation briefly comprises: Lounge/Dining Room - a bright and airy room with 2 sofas, dining table (seats 6) TV/DVD and HiFi. 3 Bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) All windows have mosquito nets and fans are fitted in all bedrooms and lounge for your comfort. Outside is a large sunny garden with a magnificent 8x4 metre private swimming pool complete with underwater lighting, roman steps to the shallow end and a superb 6ft slide to the deep end - hours of fun for all ages! There is a large terrace surrounding the pool and a garden and lawned area. A Gazebo provides some welcome shade from the heat of the mid-day sun! Sunbeds, a BBQ and a table & chairs for al fresco dining makes this garden a focal point of the property. Casa Feliz is a family holiday home and in the villa you will find many extra touches that will add to the comfort and enjoyment of adults and children alike. These include a hairdryer, a selection of over 50 dvd's to suit all ages, cd's, books, indoor and outdoor games as well as a variety of inflatables for use in the pool. There are also chairs and toys for use on the beach. We have a travel cot, high chair, bed guard and other equipment available at no extra cost to make travelling with babies and small children easier. For Golfers, the nearest course is the superb 36 hole Novo Sancti Petri course which is just 3kms away and there are others within a 10 minute drive. We even have a full set of clubs and 2 bags to make everything as easy as possible. All in all this villa is perfect for couples, families and golfers alike.
