Property Details of Makarska Apartment
On the southern part of the Makarska Riviera, at the foothill of mount Biokovo there lies Zivogosce. It is comprised of three smaller, non-coherent places on the coast: Porat & Mala Duba & Blato, and old hamlets along the old road. It is only 20 km away from Makarska, 80 km from Split and 120 km from Dubrovnik. It gained it's present form during the last 40's when a more significant tourism development in these areas begins. Natural beauties of olive groves and pine woods over small pebbled beaches that are 6 km long, clean and unpolluted sea, all in the foothill of a mountain Biokovo, the highest one on the whole Mediterranean coast, and all giving tourists a special pleasure of stay and possibility to enjoy in many various kinds of water sports.
House TANJA is situated in Zivogosce / Porat, just 50 m over the sea offering an amazing sea view from the each apartment and each terrace. The blue scenery in front of you looks painted: a blue sea, a blue sky and a blue-grey contours of islands Brac and Hvar.
There are 4 apartments in the house. On the top floor there is apartment No1, suitable for 6-8 persons with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, livingroom and large terrace with sea view, ensuring a mild and refreshing breeze coming from the sea.
On the down floors there are 3 apartments; one for 3 persons, other two for 4-5 persons each.
(This three apartments have been under reconstruction till May 2007; and we are sorry that we are not able to offer their photos in this moment).
All apartments are fully furnished with kitchens well equipped for every-day life, TV, each with terrace or balcony and ensured parking for the car.
Accommodation is offered for 17–21 persons.
