A lovely spacious 2 bed top floor apartment located in the sleepy town of Formentera just outside Rojales.
On the roof there are the communal roof terraces and plunge pool. From here you have superb views over the mountains and countryside that surrounds the town of Formentera and of the town itself.
The entrance into the apartment is through a hallway which leads into the well fitted modern kitchen and then through to the lounge/diner.
From the lounge there are sliding doors out to the balcony which has views over the town and surrounding countryside.
There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom both with large fitted wardrobes.
The apartment is serviced by a lift/stairs and has good security as well as excellent transport links with a regular bus service stopping directly out side the main entrance to the apartments .

Local Area DetailsThe apartment is situated on Spains Costa Blanca about 30 minutes drive south of Alicante and 40 minutes from Murcia airport The area is renowned for its fabulous beaches championship golf course and year round sunshine Local Area Details Formentera del Segura is a small populated agricultural town that although is being developed still retains its old style charm its got the one main road running through the middle which essentially splits the village in two main parts with the old town to one side and the new developments to the other apartment on old side of town The town is located just 15 minutes from the coastal resort of Guardamar and is ideal for those of you that want the costa facilities but not hectic resort towns The apartment is a five minute walk from the village square with its quaint church and town hall Around this square youll find small pubs and tapas bars and there is a a family bar/cafe by the entrance to the complex and just a two minute drive will take you to the market town of Rojales with its many bars super markets restaurants Aqua Park and golf course Formentera is an ideal place to base yourself to explore the region with the ancient cities of Elche Murcia Cartegena just a short journey away as well as the theme parks of Terra Mitica 50 minutes to the north With its panoramic views and surrounding mountain scenery Formentera really is an ideal location to visit
