The vacation rental we offer is in an old traditional Amsterdam building which was fully renewed in 2001. It is located in the heart of the old centre in Amsterdam, just two minutes walk from Central Station at the corner to the famous Warmoesstraat and Zeedijk.


This modern maisonette apartment (two floors), of 75 m2 (102 sqft), is on the second and third floor of a 3 floor building. It is completely furnished and fully equipped.
It consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom with a balcony and bathroom.

The comfortable adjustable sofa can be easily converted into a double bed.

The kitchenette is fully and modern equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster and coffee machine. It also has a glass-top dining table seating four.

On the third floor is the spacious bedroom with the bathroom and the balcony.
Two large windows make it full of light and from the Queensize (160x200cm) waterbed you can watch the stars at night as the room has a splendid glass window in the ceiling. It also has a big and practical wardrobe.

The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, large bathtub, basin, and toilet.

The balcony is the perfect place to relax, to make a barbecue, or only have a drink watching the Oude Kerk tower, and listening its bells playing.

The apartment has central heating, and high-speed broadband wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) for your free use.

Bed linen, extra covers and bath towels are provided.

The apartment is suited for maximum 4 people.
