Even the outside pool and sun deck made of stone, look like staying there for centuries. The surroundings you will see are one rich in natural beauty and signs of a thousand-year story.
Villa is spacious, distributed on three levels, with several concrete and stone terraces, with balconies, a small internal shady yard with a table and benches and external covered barbecue area with a table and sitting set, too. Numerous green terraces with fruit trees, bushes, terracotta vases with flowers and green grass follow the slopes of the ground composing together an idyllic place from forgotten centuries and with all modern facilities.
The whole ground-floor of the villa consists of a large livingroom with stone fireplace and exit to terrace, dinningroom and excellent equipped kitchen. Next to this space, there is a kitchen/storage area called „konoba“ with fridges and freezers.
Internal steps lead to upper floors with two salons that are entrance to three matrimonial bedrooms each with own balcony and to the large bathroom with a bathtub.
There is a sofa in one of salons where one person or two small children can sleep.
The villa is very luxury furnished with mostly antique furniture, paintings and sculptures of most popular and well-known Croatian artists.
There is enough parking for three cars.
