This is a very attractive, modern villa. It is centrally located in a quiet residential are of Puerto del Carmen, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the many facilities of the resort. This villa is finished and decorated to a very high standard. The living room is on the first floor. It is nicely furnished and has an ornamental fireplace and patio doors to a terrace, with the dining furniture and views to the sea. This is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets of Lanzarote.

There is a well furnished dining room and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped, with a breakfast bar and has access to a laundry room.
On this floor there is also a guest cloakroom. There is a security gate on the top of the stairs, for added safety for small children. On the ground floor there are five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and an en-suite shower room. There is a bedroom with twin beds and a further two bedrooms, which are joined. The furthest of these has three single beds which are ideal for children and with the added fun of its own TV. The other has a single bed. There is a beautiful, family bathroom, with a raised bath, Jacuzzi and feature lava, stonewall. Here you can lie in the Jacuzzi watching the wall mounted television. The fifth bedroom is reached by a separate entrance and is ideal for a friend or family member wanting a bit more privacy. It has twin beds and an en-suite toilet with a washbasin.

A secure gate leads in to the walled property, where a sunbathing terrace surrounds the pretty, private, heated, 5x3metre swimming pool. There is a large patio table, an extra large parasol and a built in barbecue to provide an excellent al fresco dining area.

Local Area Details

This villa is located away from the tourist bustle of the resort. It is approximately a ten-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour area, where there are some of the best Canarian restaurants and bars on the island, some lovely excursions and glorious views. It is five minutes to the newly opened Biosphere Shopping Plaza, with wonderful shops to browse in. The nearest beach and the main promenade of Puerto Del Carmen also approximately a ten-minute walk. There is an excellent supermarket five minutes from the villa.
