Entry is via a sloped driveway into an enormous entrance hall. To the right there is an enormous, elegant lounge / diner, with panoramic sea views, tv and dvd as well as a luxurious open plan kitchen, with every convenience and stylish appliances and facilities. Also in this part of the house is one king sized bedroom and one twin bedroom with a shared, luxury bathroom. To the left of the entrance hall is a second lounge area with brand new furniture and a 42" plasma screen with a very good choice of English channels. This second lounge benefits from a small kitchen and a large private terrace with spectacular sea views as well as a very large, luxurious bathroom with a huge round bath from which you can relax and enjoy stunning views. A doorway leads into a dressing room, with a spiral staircase up the the master bedroom with brand new king size bed and an enormous private terrace, with table and chairs and sun loungers as well as spectacular views from all aspects. Stairs lead down to pool level, which can also be accessed independently from steps on the driveway. A hallway on the lower pool level leads into the 5th bedroom, which is enormous, with patio doors directly onto the pool. This bedroom has it´s own bathroom and a queen sized bed, as well as a sofa and music centre. From the patio doors, you can step directly from your bedroom out onto the pool terrace, which is spacious and benefits from outstanding sea views and complete seclusion. Separately accessed on this level is the 6th and final bedroom which is the ideal spot for teenagers or older children. This 6th bedroom is accessed from the pool terrace, with doors into a small snug lounge area with TV, mini kitchen and bathroom. Loft stairs lead up to a mezzanine level with double bed and windows with beautiful views. The swimming pool is very large with roman steps. This property comes highly recommended and is immaculately maintained throughout, with the best views Moraira has to offer.
