The 4th bedroom is very spacious and it is located in the other aisle of the house just behind the kitchen and therefore provides some privacy. This bedroom is covered with wooden floors has a queen size bed and offers the comfort of having its own marble bathroom with tub.

The large backyard area is ideal for the outdoor lover. The landscaping is lush and very tropical with lots of palm trees that offer shade as needed.
It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, fishing from the boat dock, picnics, barbeques on the large outdoor grill and other activities.
