Poulancre Holiday Homes is a small complex of three holiday cottages located in the quiet hamlet of Poulancre d’en Bas, only a few minutes away from the village of St. Mayeux in a scenic area with a broad range of local attractions and places of interest, including the Lac de Geurlédan and the Nantes to Brest Canal in the Cotes D’Armor region.
The properties overlook the sunny, south facing courtyard and have private gardens and terraces to the rear. Each of the cottages (3, 2 & 1 bedroom) have a good sized lounge with log burner, a well equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower.
The original characters of the 400 year old farm, has been retained and provide a delightful tranquil setting for a relaxed family holiday.
For eating out there are many superb creperies, cafes and restaurant’s, some in stunning waterside locations. The nearby towns of Mur de Bretagne, Pontivy and St. Brieuc offer interesting shopping for the whole family
