Property Details of Southern Cyprus Apartment
The property is built to a very high standard, centred on the communial pool and sun terrace with sun beds, wooden pergola, wooden picnic tables and benches in the garden area. The house has its own allocated undercover parking space. The house has views to the coast and Troodos foothills.
The house has a patio leading from the lounge and balconies from each bedroom, with views over the pool, gardens and orchards towards the sea at Coral Bay.
The house has been furnished to a very high standard. There are two large bedrooms (I double, 1 twin) with plenty of built-in storage. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with bath and shower and one downstairs with a shower. Both are fully tiled and have WCs.
The spacious kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need for your stay. A dishwasher and washing machine are included.
The lounge has a pair of comfortable 3 seater sofas. There is satellite TV and if that's not enough then you can always watch a DVD from the selection left in the apartment.
Air conditioned throughout with cealing fans. Electric heaters provided for winter lets.

About Weather/Climate/TemperatureWith an average of 326 sunny days each year, the weather in Cyprus can be counted amongst the finest anywhere in the Mediterranean. Average temperatures range from 15 degrees in January to 32 degrees in July & August. Annual rainfall ranges from 350mm to 400 mm in the central plains to 1200 mm at the peaks of the Troodos Massif, where rain is a much more common occurrence than at lower altitudes.
The apartment is at an altitude of 135 metres above sea level.

From Paphos you take the B7 direction Polis, at the village of Tsada you turn to the right into the village. Follow the E207 direction Kallepia until you find the signs towards the Golf Course, this is about 1 km from Tsada village.
Turn to the right and at the end of this road you find Minthis Hills Golf Club.
Founded in 1994 on the hills of Tsada, set on the grounds of 12th century monastery, in a verdant valley. Created by Donald Steel and renovated by Mackenzie + Ebert in 2006/07, it plays to a par 71 and measures 5828 meters. Situated on the outskirts of Pafos, the altitude of 550 meters above sea level ensures cool breezes during the summer months.
