The property is built to a very high standard, centred on the communial pool and sun terrace with sun beds, wooden pergola, wooden picnic tables and benches in the garden area. The house has its own allocated undercover parking space. The house has views to the coast and Troodos foothills.

The house has a patio leading from the lounge and balconies from each bedroom, with views over the pool, gardens and orchards towards the sea at Coral Bay.

The house has been furnished to a very high standard. There are two large bedrooms (I double, 1 twin) with plenty of built in storage. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with bath and shower and one downstairs with a shower. Both are fully tiled and have WCs.

The spacious kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you need for your stay. A dishwasher and washing machine are included.

The lounge has a pair of comfortable 3 seater sofas. There is satellite TV and if that's not enough then you can always watch a DVD from the selection left in the apartment.

Air conditioned throughout with cealing fans. Electric heaters provided for winter lets.
