Property Details of Costa Tropical Apartment

Luxury top floor two bedroom air-conditioned apartment, newly built in 2006. The apartment is situated on the beach front, there is no road between the apartment & the beach making it very safe for children and very peaceful.
There are two communal swimming pools, one of which is a children’s pool, an outside Jacuzzi, showers, disabled toilets & first aid block. The pools are open June until the end of September. Life guards are on duty when the pools are open. The pool area is for residents and guests only, & has grass, palm trees & is next to the beach. There is access to & from the beach via gates opened by key or via intercom linked to the apartment.

The apartment has an open plan living area with two separate bedrooms & a bathroom.

Living area is fully air-conditioned & has patio doors onto the balcony. Bi-folding doors, which open up & slide back, so in effect the apartment only has three walls, lovely for the warm summer nights. Marble floor. There is a leather sofa’s with chaise-longue, two easy chairs, side table, a television & DVD player, CD player, dining table & four chairs. Childrens table and two chairs.

Kitchen area is fully fitted with units & granite work surface. Marble floor. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven/grill, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, plates, bowls, children’s plates & bowls, drinking & wine glasses, mugs, pots & pans and cutlery. Basically everything you have at home.

Master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables & bedside lights. Wardrobe & chest of draws. Wall light & mirror. There is room for the (Mamas and Papas) cot. Marble floor. Air-conditioning.

Second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table & bedside light. Fitted wardrobe & draws. Marble floor. Air-conditioning.

Bathroom has a shower over the bath , toilet, bidet & sink. Large mirror & shaving point.

Outside patio/balcony has a table, chairs & light & you have views of pool area & the sea. You can even hear the waves lapping on the beach! There is a full width extending sun blind to provide shade should you wish to avoid direct sunlight.

Children’s facilities: As parents we have tried to think of all the things that make holidaying with a baby or young child easier. The apartment therefore has a cot (Mamas and Papas), microwave sterilizer, high chair, which can be converted to a low chair, a selection of DVDs, toys & books. You do not have to climb stairs anywhere in the building if you do not want to, there are lifts & slopes making it very easy for pushchairs.

No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, but feel free to smoke on the patio/balcony.

The apartment is on the fourth/top floor. There are lifts from the pool & communal areas. There are modern security and safety features like fire alarms and extinguishers in the block, one directly outside the front door. All communal areas are cleaned daily & are illuminated by movement responsive lighting.
The apartment building has been designed and constructed to a very high standard for demanding Spanish clients. The atmosphere is totally Spanish with plenty of opportunities to practice your language skills or allow your children to learn from their new friends in the pool.

We also have another two bedroom apartment available for rent in the same building, which sleeps a total of four adults and an infant. The apartment is situated on the second (2th) floor, two levels below this apartment. Its has its own underground private parking space and is furnished to the same high standard.

Local Area Details

A short stroll in either direction along the beach and you will find a selection of shops banks bars cafes and restaurants Here you can find snacks fresh fish and salads or a special of the day consisting of three courses a drink and bread from approx 7 Castell offers modern conveniences with a peaceful atmosphere There is a also a newly opened clinic and a pharmacy Motril is the nearest substantial town and is a short drive Granada is a modern university city and a fantastic destination for a day out with the culture of Moorish Spain at the Alhambra Palace and it is possible to ski in the Sierra Nevada during the season Scuba diving School in next village 7km Golf Course 18 hole 20km
