The beach is a short walk away, so is the Ocean Reef Boat Harbour. Joondalup Country Club and Golf Course is a 5 minute drive from here. There is a small shopping centre, with restaurants, pharmacy, and supermarket. The city centre is a 25 minute drive, and there is a train station a 5 minute drive away.
The house is totally self contained (including linen and towels).

The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge.

The holiday house has two queen size beds in two master bedrooms, 2 single beds in the third bedroom, and a double bed with a single bunk above in the fourth bedroom, providing generous accommodation for 10 adults and a cot.
