The kitchen corner is brand new, and is equipped with gas hob, convection/microwave oven, washing machine and the lounge has seating and dining areas. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a modern double bed and a single bed, and a cot can be provided on request. Therefore the house sleeps 2, 3 or four if you count baby. There is also a modern bathroom with bath, toilet, and wash basin.
Local Area DetailsOutside the gardens are landscaped and you will have private use of the main patio at the back of the owners house There is also a large meadow with a large pond in which you can fish for carp and roach but this is fenced off for the safety of younger visitors Set in a tiny hamlet offering peace and quiet the house is only a 10 minute drive from Auray which has numerous restaurants and bars and of course there are loads of beaches to choose from too The medieval city of Vannes is 20 minutes drive and Lorient 30 minutes so this offers a really central location to go exploring in every direction 10 minutes to beaches In the heart of the countryside Quiet peaceful location private garden
