Local Area DetailsThe gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal spring fed which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage There are many walk tracks near the house unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres It has its own private springfed lake the size of a football pitch so if you so desire you can fish for tench roach rudd bream perch and trout If you dont fancy that you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds The town of Le Sourn is only a kilometre which means a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie Boucher tabac pharmacy and supermarket If golf is your pleasure there is a ninehole course only five minutes drive from the house 45 minutes to the southcoast beaches 10 minutes drive to Pontivy and its wonderful bridges shops Comfortable and peaceful surroundings Fishing and walking on site Ensuite bedrooms
