The main cottage "Moulin Ponto" offers you two bedrooms one with a king sized bed the other with a double and a single, and both have ensuite with toilet, basins and showers. It has a well equipped modern kitchen with full gas cooker, microwave, fridge etc. The open-plan lounge-diner has fantastic views and a private terrace with a view you can't imagine and a private garden and hot tub for your sole use.

The two other cottages, La Perche and Le Grenier (details ready soon) are one bedroomed with single beds that zip together to make a large king sized bed. They both have fully equipped kitchens and comfortable lounges. There is a shared laundry room with washing machine.
They are set in magnificent landscaped grounds stretching for over seven acres. It has it's own private spring-fed lake the size of a football pitch, so if you so desire you can fish for tench, roach, rudd, bream, perch and trout! If you don't fancy that, you can enjoy wonderful walks in the beautiful grounds
Local Area DetailsThe gardens are spectacular and boasts a mill with a wheel and a feeder canal spring fed which cascades down the waterfall into the lake below which is home to ducks and geese and two very proud peacocks who are not shy to show their full plumage There are many walk tracks near the house unless you just fancy a stroll around the ample grounds and pathways by the two lakes The town of Le Sourn is only a kilometre which means a 15 minute walk to the boulangerie boucherie tabac pharmacy and supermarket If golf is your pleasure there is a ninehole course only five minutes drive from the house 45 minutes to the southcoast beaches The house is centrally heated so is available all year round This part of Brittany is wonderful offering you large towns lakes forests and diverse countryside to explore The English owners will offer a warm welcome
