Mimosa is a fully modernised apartment on the seashore of Kotor Bay and a stone’s throw from the medieval city of Kotor. Its large terrace overlooks the bay and Kotor city. Just 5 metres away you can swim, fish, or boat on one of the world’s most beautiful bays and southern Europe’s deepest fjord: Kotor Bay, considered perfect for swimming with its calm waters and warm temperature. There is a tiny beach of a few metres in front of Mimosa and another slightly larger beach on park 100 metres from the house. Dotted around Kotor bay are numerous jetties which are used as platforms for entering the water. Boats trips and water sports can be accessed from Kotor waterfront.
