4 Self catering cottages set in 1 1/2 acres of mature gardens with a solar heated pool.We have two three bedroom cottages(Appletree and Kingfisher) with downstairs master bedrooms with en-suite showers rooms.Kingfisher Cottage also has a large conservatory which over looks the garden and the fantastic views over the valley.The other two cottages are two bedroom.All four cottages have fully fitted oak kitchens with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge and have a large selction of pots/pans and crockery for all your self catering needs.All bathrooms are modern and fully tiled.Each cottage has a patio area with BBQ and share the large solar heated pool with its large wooden decked area.The swimming pool is gated and is surrounded by mature hedging and also has a security pool alarm.The large garden is ideal for children of all ages and has a new wooden climbing frame for the 2007 season along with swings, slide and football goal posts.

The cottages are situted close to the 8 mile Lac de Guerledan with all its water sports beaches and walks around the lakesThe beautiful Nantes to Brest canal also flows through the local village of Gouarec and is ideal for long walks down the tow pathsBonn Repos Abbey is also close by and holds a small Sunday farmers marketWe are situated one hours drive from all 3 coatslines of Brittany which is easy driving on the uncrowded roads
