Here you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea air as you watch the water enthusiasts kite surfing and jumping the waves. The area in front of the apartment is called Dolphin Beach and some days there are up to 30 colourful kites out at sea.

The self catering apartment at Nautica consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and is next to the full bathroom.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, crockery, etc. There is also a television with M.Net and a pre-paid telephone. All bedding and bath towels are provide. Electricity and a weekly service for extended stays are included in the daily rate.

There is a lock-up garage, laundry and swimming pool on the premises which are enclosed by palisade fencing. Access is via electronic gate.

The tourism centre situated on the beachfront has lots of brochures, maps and information regarding what to see and what to do in Blouberstrand and the surrounding areas.

Local Area Details

Nautica apartment is ideal for holiday makers as well as business executives as Bloubergstrand is very centrally situated. This is a very active community with joggers and walkers getting their daily exercise along the promenade. Cycling and expecially kitesurfing are very popular.

Bloubergstrand has many restaurants, pubs, clubs, coffee shops and two large shopping malls. It is only 20 minutes drive to Cape Town and the Waterfront area and about 25 minutes drive to the airport. There are also two golf course, one at Milnerton and the other at Atlantic Beach, within 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
