Rent the Entire House
This option allows you to book the whole house and its beautiful gardens. There are three reception rooms plus luxury accommodation. Two double rooms, one single room and a king room with two single options.

The four bedrooms are all elegantly furnished and decorated and have their own luxury marble bathrooms. Every care has been taken to provide our guests with the comforts of home. The rooms offer all modern conveniences like wireless broadband internet access, direct dial telephone and Sky TV.

SPECIAL PLANS

Cotter House offers the entire house under 2 different plans and service levels:

1. STANDARD plans - 6-7 people

B&B plan: Host/manager remains on site. Breakfasts catered for, housekeeping provided, meals on request - Laundry services on request. Chef on call. Scheduled classes provided. Private trainer on request.

Lodge Plan: Host/manager remains on site. Breakfast, Afternoon tea and pre-dinner cocktails and 4-course dinner included. Lunch not included. Housekeeping staff and Chef as required. Beverages included except for cellar and vintage wines. Laundry services on request. Guest entertaining catered for (numbers in the house included - extra people additional). Transfers can be arranged with our preferred transfer provider Select Tours or Corporate Cabs.

2. VILLA RENTAL Plans - 8-9 people (check under Villa rental options) - as a fully self contained Unit.

Your host goes off site, and you have full use of the house. If you wish, you can self-cater, or we can offer full silver service (all meals, non alcoholic beverages, laundry services, in-house chef and full time staff for the family and for inspired entertaining) to service each and everyone of your whims! Spa treatments (massages), Yoga classes, Pilates and Feldenkrais classes , personal trainer and security personnel are all available on request.

The Burgundy Suite is part of the Full House Villa rental packages. It allows for an extra couple (numbers from 6-7 for previous plans, to 8-9 people). It is separate and can be used as Nanny quarters, or for Security personnel.
