The farmhouse is in the country of Northern Latoium, just close to the village of Lubriano (Viterbo).
It has got 2 floors; on the ground floor the kitchen with a fireplace, the living and sitting room, and a bathroom with a bath tub; on the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower. In the sitting room there's a three quarter sofa-bed, so the house can conveniently accomodate eight people, plus two.
The farmhouse is completely restored and well equipped. It's surrounded with a wide garden and not fenced farmland. There's outdoor furniture and a little wood-burning oven outside.It's a rural, peaceful location, ideal for families and small groups of all ages.

Lubriano is a small village close to Civita di Bagnoregio, the so called dying town and its suggestive Calanchi Valley. The property is an ideal starting point for day tripsto the towns of Umbria (orvieto, Todi, Assisi, etc.)and the region of Viterbo, rich in art, nature and history. Bolsena and its lake are 13 km far, Orvieto 15 km, viterbo 34 km and Rome nearly 120 km.
