Surrounded by hotels and wide choice of exciting water activities in the area. 10 minutes drive to Grand Bay, the biggest tourist center in Mauritius with its variety of restaurants, bars and nightclubs, shopping center, souvenir boutiques, supermarkets, casino, Golf Course, helicopter tours, tours organizers for excursion on the sea, variety of water activities, deep sea fishing, para-sailing, scuba diving, glass bottom boat, Aquarium etc.
Privately owned, fully furnished with all amenities: fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron. Comprises of 2/3 double bedrooms with facility to sleep 2-12 people (2/3 double beds, 1 ensuite, 1 double sofa bed), Cozy and spacious. All bedrooms have wall fan coolers. Lounge with TV (2), dining room (2), equipped kitchen (2), bathroom (1/2) with shower, toilet and wash basin, terrace and balcony, access to roof terrace for stunning panoramic view of stretches of the ocean and stunning landscape. Relaxing, comfortable and secure location. Bedding and towels are provided but not beach towels.

DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE ON CANCELLATION. AN INVENTORY WILL BE AGREED ON COMMENCEMENT OF OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION. LOSSES OF EQUIPMENT PROVIDED OR DAMAGES TO FIXTURES AND FITTINGS WILL BE CHARGED AND BE SETTLED IN FULL BY OCCUPIER BEFORE DEPARTURE.
