Property Details of Tuscany Apartment
La Polleta was an old farmhouse transformed in summer house in the '30s.
It is a two storey flat.
On the ground floor: Dining room, sitting room, kitchen and complete shower room.
On the first floor: four bed rooms, one complete bathroom and a small w.c. room. The rooms are all fitted with ceeling fans for extra hot summer nights, sink and running water. One room is a twin bedroom the other three are double bed rooms.
The groud floor opens on a 60 square meter cotto terrace overlooking the valley of Camaiore and the sea side of Viareggio.
It is in a private property of 40 hectares cultivated with olive trees. The garden around the house is beatyfull. Cypruss, orange, pine, and olive trees fill the nigh with delicate perfumes. Dining out on the terrace in evenings is unforgettable!!!!

| Requested deposit at booking: 30%
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to start date, or the contract will be resolved and deposit will not be given back. After the 30th day prior to start date the full payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation by the client; if we are able to book the same house for the same period, We can refund a sum between 10% and 30% of the rental price, if the client cancels the booking from the 30th to the 11th day prior to start date. In case of cancellation by the client from the 11th day prior to start date to the start date or in case of 'no show', nothing will be refunded.
If balance, according to contract, can be paid at arrival, balance and caution must be paid cash and in euro currency at keys, to the owner or his/her representative, who are responsible of them. Failure to observe the above terms may lead the owner of the property or his/her representative to refuse access to the property , the contract will be resolved immediately and the deposit will not be given back. Cheque are not accepted.
Refundable breakages deposit of Euro 250 required on arrival, to be refunded within day of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Extras: final cleaning up expenses 20 euros per person per week.
Maid service once a week included in price.
Check-In : from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Check-Out: before 10:00 a.m.
