This splendid property of 320 sq m is set in grounds of 35 acres, including a large courtyard. There are extensive lawns and ample parking.
This is a spacious property, suitable for family reunions or a group of friends sharing. The accommodation is well equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, UK satellite TV and video/DVD. There are four double bedrooms, one triple and one twin room with duvets & pillows provided. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included, unless by prior arrangement at a charge of 6 euros per bed, per week. Two rooms have ensuite shower/bathrooms, and there is a large family bathroom and separate WC. A cot can be available on request.
Local Area DetailsThe house is near the pretty village of Loc Envel and close to Belle-Isle-en-Terre, where you will find the usual range of shops and a good restaurant and a creperie. It is only 25 minutes from the north Brittany coast with its stunning beaches and miles of coastal footpaths and huge choice of places to eat. Several golf courses are within easy reach and there is good fishing on the river Guic which runs through the valley. Le Marqués is in pretty countryside, set between two forests, and is ideal for walking or cycling either along the quiet country lanes or through the woods.
