On entering this house, to your left you will find a bathroom with a shower and the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds and the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. This bedroom opens on to an interior garden with a hammock, a perfect area for those who love a quiet area for reading.

To your right on entering the house, you come to a small compact kitchen and the spacious living/dining area with a wood burner. You also have access to the interior garden from the living area.

Off the living/dining area, there is a conservatory with a 3 piece suite. The sofa can also be made into a double bed.

At the front of the house there is a carport. The ideal place for having lunch or dinner alfresco. The BBQ is just to the side of the carport.

At the back of the house there are several fruit trees and grape vines.
