Outside, the rear garden contains the large pool, and has far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. It is ideally located for either golf lovers, or those looking for a relaxing break. Paphos and the west coast of Cyprus are within easy reach of the villa. Bedrooms: Master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and air-conditioning. Two further twin bedrooms, each with air-conditioning. All bedrooms have dressing tables, mirror, and private balconies. Bathrooms: Main bathroom has full bath with shower. En-suite has shower. Separate toilet downstairs off the living area. Kitchen: Fully equipped, including full oven and 4 ring hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Living Rooms: Living area contains comfortable 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, and armchair. 29" TV, with DVD and Satellite system receiving UK television channels. Occasional furniture, and Radio/CD player. Dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs. The private pool is 10m x 5m, ranging from 0.9m to 1.8m depth. The garden is enclosed, and provides outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. Sunloungers with cushions for 6 are provided, as are large sun umbrellas. There is also a large outside dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bed linen and bath/hand towels are provided. These are changed at least every week during a longer stay, and more frequently by arrangement.
