This Non-Smoking home is only four years old and is in a predominantly British neighborhood. The house overlooks a private lake with wild life and fish. You will be about five minutes easy driving to Interstate 4. The East and West Coast are about 90 minutes away. The Route 27 is also 5 minutes easy driving and will take you to north of Ocala and to the big Lake Okeechobee, and Miami is only five hours away.
The Animal Kingdom at Disney World and connecting parks is an easy seven mile drive again to I-4 and off the next exit. The route to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Busch Gardens are also 15 to 45 minutes away. The New York Yankees winter training, (Legends Field) is about 45-60 minutes away.
The house floor plan is Master bedroom en suite with TV, phone, and sliding glass door onto pool, patio and lake. It also has two walk-in closets and shower separate from huge Roman tub and double vanity with plenty of counter space. The den has a sleeper sofa. The Living room has 20 foot vaulted ceilings and plenty of glass to view the sunsets over the lake.
The main floor is beautiful tile and carpet in the den & Master bedroom only.The 1/2 bath and washer and dryer are off the hall leading to the 2 car garage. There are four bedrooms on the second floor and two full baths. The garage door is automatic. The rear of the house is South and West exposure for ample sunbathing and beautiful sunsets.
