Location
Over looking the National Park, the house is situated in the sunny foothills of the Apuan Alps and verdant hills. Both the main house and the apartment benefit from spectacular views that change in hue and contrast from day to day.
Approached by a gravel road suitable for motor vehicles, the house sits perched at the top of the tiny village of Folegnano, which is just minutes away from the small town of Gragnola with its railway station, shops, restaurants and bars.

Local Area DetailsWhen it is time to venture out youll find wonderful walks at the front door and a wide choice of restaurants within the locality. The coast and its dramatic beaches are within easy reach and pony trekking can be arranged if youre feeling adventurous. Local wine oil and vegetables are all available in Gragnola only 5 minutes away. If you cant bear to be away from the pool for any longer than necessary there is a small shop at the end of the lane where fresh bread and delicious lunch time treats can be found to keep you going until dinner.
