Property Details of Istra House
Our first house is a rocky house on the ground floor ideal for three persons but with possibility to accommodate two extra persons. The interior is completely renovated in the spring 2005: bedroom with matrimonial bed, living room with a pull out couch for two persons, kitchen, bathroom. A separate room with separate entrance, French bed (width 120 cm), shower wc. The house is surrounded by pastor – land, olive treese, spaciouse terraces, fountain, well.
Inspired by architecture of old Istrian churches we built a similar building from the outside. From the inside it is our second house - Baladur 2. It is ideal for a family of four or five persons: bedroom with a big matrimonial bed situated in a apsida, small bedroom with two separated beds, living room (pull out couch for one person) and kitchenette. The entrance in the house is from a closed terrace- loggia from which You have a beautiful view of the nearby villages, fields, woods and the sea of the west coast of Istria.
Local Area DetailsThe village Rakovci is a small village with 12 houses18 inhabitancies It is situated near the road TrstPulabetween Baderna and Sv Lovrec14 km distant from Porec 265 m over sealevel makes it possible to have a magnificent sea view also of the Istrian west coast and the mountain Ucka on the other side The village has also a restaurant Idila and around the village walking and bicycle tracks
