All our houses are particular and so is our third house - Baladur 3. We took the idea from a typical Istrian court yard – village farm(ing). All accommodation unit in this house are suitable for two persons.
House: bedroom with matrimonial bed, bathroom, living room with a pull out couch and a fireplace and kitchenette in the same room, closed terrace.
Studio: kitchenette, livingroom and bathroom on the ground floor, matrimonial bed on the gallery.
Room: matrimonila bed, bathroom,little gallery.
Summer kitchen:a closed space (30m2)between the studio and the room, completely eqiped, ideal for gathering and associating.
In the central part there is a closed court yard with a well, ideal for sunbathing
Local Area DetailsBoling is a Mediterranean game it is easy to learn children and adults like to play Boling here is not only a place to play but a place to meet pleasent conversations by the fireplace place for fun and laughter barbeque The place is lit up so it is suitable for night gatherings The wine caller is 70m2 large with a bathroom bar fireplace and kitchen It is furnished in an original and authentic old Istrian interior style The caller is where we greet our guests a place for entertainment and celebrations where we can greet till 18 persons 18 is the maximum that we can accommodate of our houses and it is also suitable for small business meetings The village Rakovci is a small village with 12 houses18 inhabitancies It is situated near the road TrstPulabetween Baderna and Sv Lovrec14 km distant from Porec 265 m over sealevel makes it possible to have a magnificent sea view also of the Istrian west coast and the mountain Ucka on the other side The village has also a restaurant Idila and around the village walking and bicycle tracks
