They also have the added benefit of a connecting door that can be unlocked to accommodate the larger family units. The Paragon steps leading down to the beach are just yards away and a short stroll takes you to the Esplanade, the south beach and golf course in one direction and the pretty harbour, north beach and the town centre in the other. Leisure attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, Heatherton Country Sports Park are all within reasonable driving distance. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non smokers only. Friday changeover.

Bathroom, with bath/shower over/wc and heated towel rail. Parking for 1 car. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. 3 pm takeover.
