Situated in a prime location on the Paragon we are pleased to offer these well presented apartments, Whitsunday is on the ground floor with superb sea views from the lounge/.dining/kitchen and Hideaway is a lower ground floor apartment. They also have the added benefit of a connecting door that can be unlocked to accommodate the larger family units. The Paragon steps leading down to the beach are just yards away and a short stroll takes you to the Esplanade, the south beach and golf course in one direction and the pretty harbour, north beach and the town centre in the other. Leisure attractions such as Folly Farm, Oakwood, Heatherton Country Sports Park are all within reasonable driving distance. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. Non smokers only. Friday changeover.

External steps down to front door. Open plan Lounge/dining/kitchen, double bed settee, col T.V., video, radio/cd player, electric cooker and fridge/freezer. Utility cupboard, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom, double bed. Shower room with wc, wash handbasin and heated towel rail. Please note there is no parking space with the apartment, public car parks are only a short walk away. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. 3pm takeover.
