Ease of communication (with the personnel in the Monalysa Office, with drivers, representatives etc): Quite good. Comfort of vehicles provided: good. ‘One Stop Shop’ (for various services offered): All the offered services were very good: the studio, the transfers and the hospitality. Eric also gave wise suggestions when we asked him for any information about the island.We are very happy about our staying in Monalysa and would choose Monalysa again in the future.
