Midfloor is living room, including TV and stereo equipment, Playstation 2 with some games for the kids and dvd player. Unlimited use of internet.
The kitchen has all new machinery, including dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub. Doors from livingroom can be opened fully towards the garden.
Lower floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, storage room and terrace with barbeque. All required garden furniture for outside dinner or breakfast.
Local Area DetailsSituated on a hill, just in front of famous Carabassi beach. Walk down the hill in 12-15 minutes, or roll down the road in Your car to the beach in 5 minutes.
Urbanisation is closed with guarded fence, remote controlled, one of the absolut most wellkept urbanisations on the Costa. Free use of the 2 tennis courts, lighted for evening games, 4 pools (2 large, 2 childrens). A small shop for the neccesities, Your morning bread, a pizza for lunch, newspapers etc.
THe whole area very spanish in design, quiet, safe, and superb for children.
