Property Details of Algarve Cottage
These holiday villa cottages are tastefully furnished with patio doors from lounge and bedroom opening onto a traditional covered patio for outdoor dining. Salt water swimming pool (10m x 5m) with sun deck, sun loungers, umbrellas, pool towels and barbecue area.
Whilst separate and private, two of the four villa cottages have adjoining patios and are ideal for two families or groups who like to holiday together. All four cottages can be rented together.
The lounge has 2 large sofas, satellite television, coffee table and ceiling fan.
The kitchenette is fitted with fridge/freezer, two plate electric stove, microwave grill, (cottage 4 has a full size oven), electric kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
The air conditioned bedroom has twin beds, a double wardrobe, dressing table, hairdryer, safe and ceiling fan.
The tiled bathroom has a full size bath with shower, (cottage 4 has a spacious step in shower - no bath), toilet and wash hand basin.

Self-catering Algarve villa holiday accommodation comprising four individual cottage units on the ground floor of this private villa with pool, set in mature gardens.
Each villa cottage sleeps two adults comfortably in the air conditioned bedroom. One or two single folding beds can be supplied at a small surcharge to accommodate two children in the lounge.
The village of Santa Barbara de Nexe is 1km and within a ten-minute drive are local beaches and market towns of Loule and Faro. Delightfully set in an Algarve countryside location for a relaxing holiday.
Santa Barbara de Nexe has several good restaurants, post office, English butcher and pharmacy.
Golf, go karting, waterslide parks, nightlife, restaurants, bars and the Ria Formosa Nature Park are all within a 15 minute drive.
