Property Details of Costa de Almeria Villa
Beautiful Villa with lovely gardens and own private pool. Three bedrooms, one en-suite, spare beds for extra guests. This villa is absolutely gorgeous, it has air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom and remote ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry area and a dishwasher in the kitchen. It is very well equipped for a self-catering holiday. The pool is maintained twice a week by a certificated pool engineer to ensure that it is up to safety standards for swimming.
There are two double bedrooms and a twin room. All bedrooms have mosquito screens at the windows. All windows and doors also have rejars for your added security. There are electric mosquito zappers on the terrace by the pool. There are loads of terraces, always somewhere to sit in the shade or in the sun with lovely views of the mountains and the sea.
Local Area DetailsThe beautiful beaches of Puerto Rey and Puerto Vera are about 10 minutes walk from the villa There are several golf courses in the area including the famous Desert Springs just a fifteen minute drive It is not an area with lots of nightclubs and noisy bars they are within a 15 minute drive if you want them but it is situated in a quiet area among other villas and backing onto open ground with palm and orange trees
